What characterises TPA as an employer?

We could write about many things that form the corporate culture of TPA: team spirit, respect and appreciation, fairness, directness and much more. All of this exists at TPA . However – to be honest – do these values make us different from the other companies?

What do our employees appreciate most in TPA , what characterises TPA as an employer and makes us unique? This is the question we asked our employees and received a clear response: In TPA one does not feel like a „small cog“ in a big  wheel, but rather like an important part of an enterprise. And that applies to all positions.

How do we accomplish this?

We are convinced that one can enjoy their work and feel fulfilled by it only if one knows the meaning of their activity. If one knows why things are done and eventually rediscovers the results of their own efforts in the common results. In order to provide this for our own employees, we wrote the 3 success factors on the banner:

All of our internal processes are oriented towards the above 3 success factors and every day we work together in order to experience these success factors as much as possible so as to reinforce our uniqueness as an employer even more.
