Danijela Dobrić Stanović is responsible, above all, for leading the tax
practice of TPA Croatia and coordinating complex cross‑border
assignments within the CEE region. With extensive experience in
advising international clients and supporting market entry into Croatia,
she is a recognised expert for national and international tax law.

As a Certified Croatian Tax Advisor and Certified Accountant (RRIF),
she provides comprehensive tax advisory services, including tax due
diligence (buy‑side and sell‑side), payroll and social insurance
optimisation, transfer pricing, expat taxation, and cross‑border
structuring. Her long-standing involvement in projects across various
jurisdictions has made her a trusted advisor for international groups
operating in or expanding to South‑Eastern Europe.

Thanks to her additional qualification as a court interpreter for German,
she ensures seamless communication and advisory for German-
speaking clients and multinational groups, particularly in industries
such as manufacturing, construction, trade, real estate and tourism.
