TPA Horwath held an expert seminar on the topic “Board members and directors responsability after the amendments of the General Tax Law”

TPA Horwath held a high level seminar on 28 November 2012 which took place in hotel Antunović in cooperation with the German-Croatian Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the company Allianz on the topic “Board members and directors responsability after the amendments of the General Tax Law”. Seminar provided information and review of the latest amendments to the General Tax Law, which came into force on 21 July 2012. and which brings certain changes for the members and directors of companies especially in relation to their personal responsibility regarding the tax debts.
